Personal data
Data collected: name or nickname, email, phone number (WhatsApp or text), birthdate, country, declared TikTok/Instagram/Facebook/YouTube accounts, the public profile photo of those accounts (or the one you add, which you can change or remove from your account) and public metrics of submitted videos; your first name, last-name initial, @ and video views are visible to the other creators of the same campaign on the leaderboard (removed on request); for payouts: address, bank details and tax form (stored encrypted, AES-256-GCM). Purposes: running the program (view tracking, earnings calculation), contacting you and adding you to the creators' WhatsApp group (phone number), payouts, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Wise (transfers), Resend (emails), ScrapeCreators (public metrics collection), Google (YouTube API Services: public YouTube metrics collection and, if you connect your channel, its statistics), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot at signup). No data selling, no third-party advertising. Retention: for the life of the account, then as required by legal and tax obligations. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection by writing to hello@neobay.co.
YouTube
NEOBAY Creators uses YouTube API Services. To be paid on YouTube, you connect your channel with your Google account (two read-only permissions: see your channel, see its statistics). We then read: your channel data (ID, name, @, profile photo, list of your videos); the public data of the Shorts you submit (views, likes, comments, duration, publication date, thumbnail); and their YouTube Analytics statistics (where views come from, engaged views, watch time, countries). They are used for view tracking, earnings calculation and fraud prevention, and are visible only to the NEOBAY team (campaign managers included); they are never sold or shared with third parties. We keep them while your channel is connected (we check at least every 30 days that your permission still holds), and the view records that prove a payment for as long as accounting rules require. You can disconnect your channel from your account, or remove our access in your Google account permissions: the statistics read are then deleted (within 7 days via our button, within 30 days via Google). You can also ask for this data to be deleted at hello@neobay.co, done within 7 days. By connecting your channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Data read from Google is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. NEOBAY Creators' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The NEOBAY brand, the portal and its contents are the property of NEOBAY LLC. Creators keep ownership of their videos (see the creator agreement).
